CONET Group Acquires ISB AG

German IT consulting firm CONET Group has acquired Karlsruhe-based ISB AG, a 250-employee software development and IT consulting firm, to strengthen CONET's capabilities in process automation, software development and digitalisation for the public sector and automotive industry. The deal was supported by CONET's majority investor IK Partners; financial terms were not disclosed.
