ConnectWise has acquired SmileBack, a customer experience and feedback SaaS provider focused on MSPs, and will integrate SmileBack's surveying and reporting capabilities into the ConnectWise Asio platform. The acquisition aims to give ConnectWise partners improved customer insights to boost satisfaction, retention and operational efficiency.
