connexta GmbH, via its subsidiary IF‑Tech AG and backed by AURELIUS Growth Investments, acquired Anduras AG, a Passau-based specialist in network technology and network security, on March 31, 2022. The deal is the fifth add‑on acquisition for connexta and is intended to expand the platform's network and security capabilities for its SME customer base.
