connexta GmbH, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Growth Investments, has acquired esko-systems GmbH & Co. KG, a Kötz-based IT security specialist with about 40 employees. The deal is connexta's seventh add-on, expanding the group's high-end IT security and managed services capabilities and strengthening its presence in southern Germany.
