Conrex Group Acquires Formweld Fitting

Toronto-headquartered Conrex Group of Companies has acquired Formweld Fitting, a Pensacola-based manufacturer of pipe fittings and accessories. The deal is intended to expand Conrex’s manufacturing capabilities and services across North America by adding Formweld Fitting to its existing Conrex Steel and Prescor businesses.
