Concentric, LLC, an OnPoint Group company, has acquired Weldex Sales, the largest battery provider in Virginia. The deal expands Concentric's footprint in Virginia and adds Weldex's motive power, environmental and welding capabilities — including lithium and hybrid power solutions — to Concentric's service and distribution network.
