Consello Capital, the private equity arm of The Consello Group, has acquired a majority stake in ProSearch Strategies, a tech-enabled legal services and eDiscovery provider. The investment will support ProSearch's growth, expansion of its technology and AI capabilities, and deepen its services to enterprise legal departments; financial terms were not disclosed.
