Lumine Group Acquires Imagine Communications

Lumine Group announced it has acquired Imagine Communications through one of its subsidiaries. The acquisition is intended to deepen Lumine’s presence across the media supply chain by adding channel origination capabilities and expanding TV monetization with Imagine’s AI-enabled advertising products. Imagine Communications will continue operating as an independent business within Lumine.

Lumine Group to Acquire Titanium Software Holdings Inc
