Founder and president Brian Benner prepared for retirement as part of the transaction; VP Brian Benner (owner) will transition out and Ben VanDixhorn will continue as vice president to support growth under Salt Creek's ownership.

KV Capital Invests in Benson Cabinetry & Millwork

The add-on purchase expands acpi's product offering and manufacturing capabilities—bringing approximately 4,000 Masco Cabinetry associates into the acpi organization—and is expected to close by the end of Q1 2020.
