Convergint has acquired Panavidéo Inc., a Quebec-based security systems integrator specializing in access control and IP video solutions. The deal brings nearly 40 Panavidéo colleagues to Convergint and expands Convergint’s service and technology capabilities across utilities, healthcare, higher education, and data center markets in Canada.
