Cook & Boardman Acquires National Millwork

The Cook & Boardman Group LLC, a Littlejohn & Co.-backed distributor of commercial doors and security integration services, has acquired Riviera Beach, Florida-based National Millwork (NMI). The acquisition — which includes NMI's earlier acquisition Elite Door & Trim in Denton, TX — expands Cook & Boardman's manufacturing and installation capabilities for commercial and multi‑family construction projects. Terms were not disclosed.
