Copley Equity Partners completed a growth investment in AeroMed Group to support AeroMed’s acquisition of etaGLOBAL, a Palestine, Texas-based distributor of aerospace class-C parts. Terms were not disclosed; Copley representatives will join AeroMed’s board as AeroMed pursues a buy-and-build strategy to create a market-leading A&D supply chain solutions platform.
