Core Scientific Completes Acquisition of Polaris DS LLC

Core Scientific, Inc. has completed its previously announced acquisition of Polaris DS LLC for approximately $444 million in cash. The purchase secures about 440 MW of in-service gross, grid-connected power capacity and supports Core Scientific’s plan to scale its Muskogee campus to approximately 1.5 GW of gross power.
