CoreStack Acquires Optio3

CoreStack, a Bellevue-based multi-cloud governance provider, has acquired Optio3, an AI-powered operations management company headquartered in Seattle. CoreStack will acquire Optio3's technology, IP, and team (with Optio3 co-founder Sridhar Chandrashekar joining CoreStack as Chief Digital Officer) to accelerate its NextGen cloud governance capabilities across FinOps, SecOps, and CloudOps.
