Inverness Graham-backed Corsica Technologies has acquired Hughes Systems Group, a Santa Barbara-based provider of managed B2B data integration and EDI services, for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is an add-on to Corsica's managed services platform to expand its data integration, order-to-cash automation, and supply chain integration capabilities for its mid-market clients.
