Corten Capital and Ampersand Capital Partners have completed the acquisition of Beacon Intelligence from the Hanson Wade Group, backed by Graphite Capital. Corten Capital becomes the majority owner while Ampersand invests alongside Corten as a minority co-investor to support Beacon’s next phase of growth as an independent life sciences R&D intelligence platform.
