CoStar Group has proposed to acquire UK residential property portal OnTheMarket for £1.10 per share, roughly £100 million, subject to shareholder approval. The deal provides CoStar with an entry into the UK residential marketplace and OnTheMarket will benefit from significant marketing investment and integration into CoStar's global portal network.
