ACP-backed Counsel Press has acquired three specialized appellate service providers—Cockle Legal Briefs, Becker Gallagher Briefs & Records, and Lantagne Legal Printing—as add-on acquisitions to expand Counsel Press’ appellate capabilities and geographic coverage across the United States. The deals deepen Counsel Press’ Supreme Court presence, broaden its customer base (including Am Law 100 firms and state attorneys general), and support continued roll-up activity by Align Capital Partners' platform.
