Covetrus (NASDAQ: CVET) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire VCP, a veterinary wellness plan administration platform serving around 1,000 veterinary practices. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions, and will be integrated with Covetrus’ practice management and prescription management software.
