Crane 1 Services Inc. purchased the assets of D&S Hoist & Crane, LLC on February 18, 2022, expanding its overhead crane inspection, repair and maintenance footprint into the greater Pittsburgh market. The asset purchase adds nearly 30 employees and complementary service and equipment capabilities, and is an add-on to Crane 1's platform supported by PE sponsor L Squared Capital Partners.
