CREO Group, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital, has acquired HMS Mfg. Co., a designer and manufacturer of consumer organization products and packaging solutions. The add-on purchase expands CREO's product portfolio, customer base and geographic presence while strengthening its sustainable plastics and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
