SMX Acquires Creoal Consulting

SMX, a provider of mission support and digital transformation services, has acquired Creoal Consulting, a specialist in migrating Oracle enterprise applications to cloud-native SaaS for ERP, HCM, SCM and EPM. Creoal brings approximately 130 technical staff and offices in Washington, D.C. and Philadelphia, expanding SMX’s Oracle Cloud capabilities and adding new public sector and commercial clients; financial terms were not disclosed.
