SMX, a provider of mission support and digital transformation services, has acquired Outside Analytics, a Colorado-based software engineering and data analytics firm focused on the National Security Space community. The acquisition adds geospatial analytics, sensor data processing, and visualization capabilities to SMX and expands its footprint in the national security space market; financial terms were not disclosed.
