Crestone Air Partners (Air T) Acquires Arena Aviation Capital

Crestone Air Partners, a majority-owned business of Air T, Inc., has completed its acquisition of Arena Aviation Capital, an aviation asset manager with diversified airline relationships. The deal expands Crestone’s aircraft and engine leasing platform to a combined ~$3.6 billion in assets under management (AUM) and ~55 employees across five countries.
