Crete United Acquires ProStar Energy Solutions

Charlotte-based Crete United has acquired ProStar Energy Solutions, a Frisco, Texas energy-efficiency and building-automation firm. The deal adds ProStar’s IoT- and AI-powered controls, HVAC optimization and energy-management-as-a-service capabilities to Crete United’s nationwide MEP platform as the company scales toward its near-term revenue goals.
