TPI Efficiency, a ScaleCo Fund IV portfolio company, acquired the electricity and natural gas business of Greenstar Solutions, LLC — Greenstar is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The transaction is TPI’s first add-on under ScaleCo and expands TPI’s energy procurement and service capabilities by adding Greenstar’s licensed energy brokerage and telecommunications offerings.
