Crisil, an S&P Global Company, announced it will acquire McKinsey PriceMetrix Co. (PriceMetrix), a provider of performance benchmarking and data-driven insights for the wealth management industry. PriceMetrix will be integrated into Crisil Coalition Greenwich, expanding Crisil’s benchmarking offerings across the wealth management value chain.
