Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCRN) acquired substantially all of the assets and certain liabilities of Mint Medical Physician Staffing, LP and Lotus Medical Staffing LLC. The asset purchases expand Cross Country's locum tenens and advanced practitioner staffing capabilities across a range of specialties, including anesthesia and hospitalist coverage, and are intended to deepen client relationships and increase clinician access.
