CRScube has acquired Mednet to accelerate its expansion into the North American market and broaden its global eClinical SaaS capabilities. The combined company will integrate complementary EDC-centric platforms and related eClinical tools (CTMS, RTSM, ePRO, eTMF) to offer a more complete, scalable suite for sponsors and CROs across pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices.
