CRST Acquires BCB Transport

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. has acquired Mansfield, Texas-based BCB Transport, a privately held trucking and logistics operator. The deal adds BCB's asset-light capacity and safety-focused operations to CRST's Capacity Solutions business to deepen customer relationships and expand capacity in dense transportation corridors.
