Information Systems has acquired Zenput, combining two complementary back-of-house restaurant technology platforms to deliver an integrated operations and food-safety solution for multi-unit restaurant operators. The combined organization is backed by Battery Ventures and aims to expand capabilities, improve operator efficiencies, and better address post-pandemic challenges like labor shortages and supply-chain disruptions.
