CSafe Global, backed by Frazier Healthcare Partners and Thomas H. Lee Partners, acquired Softbox Systems from Great Point Partners, combining CSafe's active cold-chain container solutions with Softbox's passive temperature-controlled packaging products. The deal creates an end-to-end cold-chain platform serving pharmaceutical, biotech and logistics customers and expands CSafe's passive product portfolio and global footprint; terms were not disclosed.
