(CTSI), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners, has acquired DavEd Fire Systems, a provider of fire alarm and security system design, integration, maintenance and managed services. The add-on expands CTSI's footprint into the New York metropolitan area and deepens its fire alarm capabilities.
