Cushman & Wakefield has acquired the operations of long-time alliance member Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors (PACCRA), integrating PACCRA’s offices in Bakersfield, Fresno and Santa Clarita, California and Boise, Idaho into Cushman & Wakefield’s platform. The move expands Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in Central California and Idaho and brings a team of over 40 brokers and their commercial real estate capabilities into the firm.
