CVC Joins Fidelio as Investor in Odevo

CVC Capital Partners has agreed to join the investor group led by Swedish investment firm Fidelio and Odevo’s management team, taking a stake in tech‑enabled residential property manager Odevo. The investment (from CVC Fund IX) will support Odevo’s international growth and service innovation; closing is expected in Q4 2024 pending regulatory approval. Odevo manages over 1.4 million homes, employs more than 7,000 people and reported annual turnover of about EUR 650 million.
