CyberArk Acquires Idaptive

CyberArk acquired Santa Clara–based identity-as-a-service provider Idaptive for $70 million in cash. The deal expands CyberArk's SaaS-delivered identity security capabilities — combining Idaptive's SSO, MFA and AI-driven adaptive access with CyberArk's privileged access management to deliver a unified identity-security platform.
