Cydecor Acquires Artel LLC from TPG

Cydecor, an award-winning veteran-owned national security technology firm, has acquired Artel LLC, a Herndon-based provider of satellite and terrestrial mission-critical communications, IT and cybersecurity services, from TPG. The acquisition expands Cydecor's technical capabilities — including global SATCOM, terrestrial connectivity and a 24/7 NOC — to better serve U.S. national security and defense customers.
