House-Hasson Hardware Acquires Bostwick-Braun Warehouses and Inventory

House-Hasson Hardware, a privately owned regional hardware distributor based in Knoxville, Tennessee, acquired the warehouses and inventory of Midwestern wholesale distributor Bostwick-Braun, adding two facilities (Indiana and Arkansas) and roughly 45,000 SKUs to its assortment. The asset purchase — finalized June 28, 2024 with terms private — transferred about 75 former Bostwick-Braun employees to House-Hasson and expands House-Hasson's geographic reach into new Northeastern and Southwestern states.

Horton, Inc. acquired the homebuilding operations and related assets of Riggins Custom Homes in Fayetteville, Arkansas, including ~3,000 lots, 170 homes in inventory and 173 homes in sales order backlog. Horton's Northwest Arkansas platform to expand the company's local market presence.

The Home Depot Acquires HD Supply Holdings, Inc.
