Dains Group, backed by IK Partners, has acquired Consilium Chartered Accountants, a Glasgow-based accountancy and advisory firm. The deal strengthens Dains' presence in Scotland and expands its capabilities in corporate tax, audit and corporate finance as part of its roll-up strategy in the SME advisory market.
