Datavant has completed the acquisition of DigitalOwl, an AI-driven medical data analysis platform, to enhance its capabilities for legal and insurance customers. The deal combines DigitalOwl's extraction, summarization and de-duplication technology with Datavant (and Ontellus') health record retrieval and claims intelligence to deliver an end-to-end health data collaboration platform.
