Datavant has signed an agreement to acquire Ontellus, a health records retrieval and claims intelligence provider, to build an integrated, digital-first platform for secure exchange of clinical and billing data. The combined organization is intended to reduce administrative burden for healthcare providers and improve how legal and insurance requesters obtain medical records and claimant timelines.
