JTC Group has completed the acquisition of New York Private Trust Company (NYPTC), a Delaware‑chartered non‑deposit trust company that provides fiduciary, trust and estate administration services to high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and corporate clients. The deal expands JTC's US footprint and strengthens its domestic trust services capability, complementing its existing US private client operations in Delaware, Miami, New York and South Dakota.

Student Transportation of America Acquires Multiple Regional Bus Operators

Student Transportation of America (STA) completed a series of add-on acquisitions of regional school and charter bus operators across the U.S., increasing STA’s annual revenue by more than $70 million, adding over 1,000 employees and nearly 900 vehicles. The acquired operators include Visconti Bus Service, VW Trans, Birnie Bus Service and Birnie Transit, Desert Choice Transport, West Point Tours, Brandt Buses, and Assist-to-Transport, which will be integrated to expand STA’s national footprint and service capabilities.

Denali Water Solutions Acquires Tribeca Transport

The acquisition expands Denali's Pacific Northwest capabilities by adding land application services and operational synergies with its recent regional acquisition of Swanson Bark & Wood Products.

Cornerstone Capital Holdings Acquires Dynamic Metals’ Transportation Division (Dynamic Transit Products)

JBC Technologies, a portfolio company of River Associates Investments, acquired Die Cut Technologies (DCT), a Northglenn, Colorado-based full-service die-cutting and flexible materials converter. The add-on acquisition — JBC's first — closed on December 7, 2021 and expands JBC's converting capabilities (laser cutting, cleanroom production, large-format die cutting), manufacturing footprint, and presence in medical, electronics, automotive, and aerospace end markets.

TransDigm Acquires DART Aerospace for Approximately $360M

TransDigm Group Incorporated agreed to acquire DART Aerospace, a Montreal-based manufacturer of helicopter mission equipment, from Greenbriar Equity Group and First Aviation Services for approximately $360 million in cash. DART, which generates roughly $100 million in pro forma 2022 revenue and employs about 400 people across facilities in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, was acquired to expand TransDigm's proprietary product and aftermarket capabilities; the deal is expected to close in Q2 2022 subject to customary approvals.
