Davenforth, a joint family office, acquired TeleCloud (Frisco, TX) and Third Generation (Bridgeville, PA) to launch a Managed IT, Voice, and Networking platform. The two acquisitions create a combined platform that will service roughly 21,500 users across 900 businesses, with both companies retaining their existing leadership teams.
