TedPack LLC acquired the flexible packaging business operations of Fairview International LLC effective July 1, 2025, and established its first U.S. subsidiary with headquarters in Port Washington, Wisconsin. The deal preserves existing customer relationships and transitions Fairview's Jackson, Wisconsin packaging operations to TedPack to provide localized service across all 50 states.

Chobani Acquires Daily Harvest

The deal — terms not disclosed — gives Chobani entry into the frozen ready-to-make meals category and broader distribution in the frozen grocery aisle while expanding Daily Harvest's retail and DTC reach.

The Anderson Group Acquires Double B Foods, Inc.

Raydia Food Group Acquires B&B Foods Distributors, Inc.

South Bend-based Raydia Food Group has acquired Terre Haute-based B&B Foods Distributors, Inc., a family-owned full-line food distributor and restaurant equipment supplier. B&B Foods has approximately $33 million in annual sales and 60 employees; owner Scott Isles will remain as president as Raydia expands its regional footprint near the Illinois border and southwest of Indianapolis.

Bramble Foods Acquires The Bay Tree Food Co
