Sawyer, founded in 2015 in Brooklyn, provides a two-sided platform connecting parents with providers and will be integrated into DaySmart’s vertically-focused SMB software offerings; Leonis Partners served as Sawyer’s financial advisor.

DaySmart Software has acquired Dash Platform, a Bellevue/Seattle-based provider of sports facility and recreation management SaaS, to expand its vertically-tailored business management and payments solutions into sports, parks and recreation, and fitness markets. Dash Platform serves more than 425 locations across the U.S. and Canada and its Dash Member mobile app is used by millions; DaySmart said the acquisition will accelerate product development and customer success for these new verticals.

DaySmart Software Acquires Vetter Software

The Vetter team, including founder Sagi Solomon, will join DaySmart as full-time employees as DaySmart expands its pet services platform and product capabilities for veterinarians, groomers and kennel facilities.

LLR Partners and Parthenon Capital Recapitalize DaySmart Software

LLR Partners and Parthenon Capital completed a growth-oriented recapitalization of DaySmart Software, acquiring the Ann Arbor-based provider of vertically-focused business management software for salons, pet care, spas and tattoo studios from SFW Capital Partners. The recapitalization is intended to fund product investment, accelerate organic growth and enable complementary acquisitions while DaySmart remains led by CEO Jeff Dickerson.
