Scotmas Group, a B-Corp accredited chlorine dioxide water treatment specialist based in Kelso, has secured £2.2 million in growth capital led by IFS Maven Equity Finance with support from Scottish Enterprise and the British Business Bank. The funding will be used to accelerate international expansion (Middle East and South America), increase manufacturing capacity at the Kelso plant, and support product development and UK commercial/service team growth.

Maven Invests £2.25M in Kube Networks

Maven (through its Maven Investor Partners co-investment network) has completed a £2.25 million growth investment in Glasgow-based Kube Networks (KubeNet) to support the company’s buy-and-build strategy and accelerate organic growth. The funding will expand KubeNet’s service capabilities across managed IT, cloud, connectivity and cybersecurity, and a first bolt-on acquisition is expected to complete in the coming weeks.

Maven Capital Partners Acquires CMS Window Systems

Maven Capital Partners has completed a management buyout and taken a majority equity stake in CMS Window Systems from LDC. CMS, a Cumbernauld-based designer, manufacturer and installer of PVCu and aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling systems employing ~300 people, will use the investment to expand its social housing and new-build footprint in England and accelerate growth.
