PAI-backed European Camping Group to acquire Vacanceselect from Permira

PAI Partners-backed European Camping Group (ECG) has reached an agreement to acquire Vacanceselect from funds advised by Permira and minority shareholders including The Ganivenq Family and Batipart. The combination brings Vacanceselect's large campsite and mobile-home operations together with ECG’s Homair/Eurocamp/Roan platform to create a leading pan‑European outdoor accommodation group and accelerate growth across key holiday markets. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, employee consultations and antitrust approvals.
