Veritas Capital Acquires NCR Voyix Digital Banking Business, Rebrands as Candescent

Veritas Capital has completed the acquisition of the Digital Banking business of NCR Voyix for $2.45 billion plus up to $100 million in contingent consideration and rebranded the business as Candescent. The standalone company will continue serving more than 1,300 financial institutions and over 29 million registered users and will focus on expanding its digital banking products and customer experience.
