Orion Advisor Solutions Acquires TownSquare Capital

Orion Advisor Solutions has acquired TownSquare Capital, a Provo-based boutique investment and trading platform, adding about $6 billion in TAMP assets to Orion's wealth management business. TownSquare will operate as a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of Orion, with TownSquare CEO Kurt Brown becoming Orion's Chief of OCIO Services; the deal expands Orion's capabilities for high-net-worth and advisor-focused investment solutions.
