Moody's Acquires PassFort and kompany to Expand KYC and Compliance Capabilities

Moody's Corporation acquired UK-based PassFort and agreed to (and subsequently completed) the acquisition of Vienna-based 360kompany AG (kompany) to enhance its onboarding, KYC, and compliance technology capabilities. The deals will be integrated into Moody's KYC business within Moody's Analytics to augment its Orbis and GRID data solutions and accelerate customers' onboarding, entity verification, and due-diligence workflows.
